For 25 years, I built my career in the pharmaceutical industry, starting in clinical operations running clinical trials and later moving into technology supporting clinical research. I was part of an early movement to rethink how clinical trial data was monitored and how technology could change the way research was conducted.

But my career was never a straight line. I left corporate for three years to build my own business, then returned to the pharmaceutical industry while simultaneously running a clothing and shoe boutique. For years, I was essentially building two careers at once. That experience taught me something I carry into my work today: you are allowed to be more than one thing. Your experience doesn't have to fit neatly into one job title, and your next chapter doesn't have to erase the ones that came before it.

At 54, I left corporate again—this time to build a business around what I had come to believe: experienced women shouldn't have to rely on a company, title, or employer to validate the value they've spent decades building.

I help experienced women turn their expertise into a personal professional brand that builds visibility, creates opportunity, and gives them a path to income they own. I use personal brand strategy, positioning, thought leadership, and AI to help women become known for what they know—and build a reputation that travels with them.
